  • Biography

    Michelle Sakoda received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Hawaii at Hilo in 2004. She cared for patients of all ages in Hawaii before moving to Seattle, WA to pursue her career in pediatric nursing. She joined the Seattle Children's surgical unit team in 2007, caring for pediatric patients who have undergone orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, urologic surgeries, otolaryngology, and general surgeries. Michelle received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Washington Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program in June 2015. Michelle joined the Emergency Medicine Department as a Nurse Practitioner in June 2015.
