Our new building on the hospital campus, Forest B, is open. Families and visitors can park in the new Forest B garage next to Emergency.

Projects

B Cell Biology and Engineering

Finding factors important for differentiation of antibody-secreting cells will help us engineer a B cell therapy for protein replacement or treat antibody-mediated disease.

Lymphoma

The goal of the lymphoma group is to identify drugs that can be combined with existing therapies to prevent or mitigate drug resistance.

Functional Interpretation of Variants in Immune Genes

We are building low- and high-throughput assays to study the function of variants in B cell-related to help improve the diagnosis and treatment of immunological disease.

Our Methods

We use quantitative proteomics, gene editing, next generation sequencing, flow cytometry, murine modeling, and computational approaches to accomplish our experimental goals.
