What is the goal of this study?

The goal of this study is to bank samples to support studies involved in understanding the underlying causes of immune dysfunction and to test and develop methods for diagnosing and treating defects identified in patients with immune-mediated disease.

Who can join the study?

This study might be a good fit for you if you:

  • Have been diagnosed or evaluated for an immune-mediated disease.
  • Are a family member of someone being evaluated, suspected of having or diagnosed with an immune-mediated disease

What will happen if my child takes part in this study?

If you enroll in this study, we would collect health information from the medical record related to the participant's immune disorder and collect up to 10 samples of either:

  • Blood
  • Saliva
  • Buccal swabs
  • Hair follicles
  • Nail clippings
  • Residual pathology or unused clinical specimen
  • Bone marrow (from participants having a bone marrow biopsy or harvest)
