REDCap

  REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture), developed by Vanderbilt University, is a modern, flexible, powerful, and secure web-based survey and form tool. Seattle Children's strives to provide free, secure, and stable access to REDCap to all investigators, study teams, quality improvement groups, and research partners.

DatStat

DatStat is commercially available electronic data capture software. BEAR can provide support and consultation for DatStat software and datasets generated using DatStat.

R

R is a programming language and free software environment for statistical computing and graphics. BEAR supports R code and R datasets, including integration with REDCap through the REDCap API.

SAS - Statistical Analysis System

SAS provides an integrated environment for predictive and descriptive modeling, data mining, text analytics, forecasting, optimization, simulation, experimental design and more. BEAR supports SAS code and SAS datasets.

SPSS

BEAR can read and convert SPSS files to other statistical software platforms.

Stata

Stata is a comprehensive and easy-to-learn statistical application that contains most of the statistical tools and models needed for data analysis, data management and graphing. BEAR supports Stata code and Stata datasets.
